Tie was purchased as a yearling from Dennis & Gina Essink of Carriage Hill Farm in Syracuse, NE. We had seen his sire at the Grunden Ranch outside Curtis, NE, and admired him for his breeding and type. Tie has a classic type, with good bone, a nice head and great disposition. Tie has been ridden lightly and is well-behaved under saddle. He has produced over 50 offspring. We have been extremely pleased with these foals, and his offspring are trained with ease. Most of his offspring have been used for driving and family pleasure, but there is no reason they can't excel in the show ring as well. Tie has 10 crossed to Flyhawk in 8 generations.
