These pictures of Jake were taken in the early Spring of 2006 as a coming 3 year old. Jake is still growing and we expect him to mature to 15.1 hands or so. Even though not cleaned up, you can see the quality and wonderful extended movement of this young horse. Jake’s sire is now getting to the age where we needed a possible replacement and we’re hoping Jake will fill his sire’s footsteps. When he was born I called him “The One” for a long time since I was so sure he was the replacement we’d been waiting for. He has his sire’s extended movement and exceptional disposition, and from his dam has acquired the Morgan type we desired. He will sire 4 foals in 2007 and we excitedly await their arrival. On farm breeding and shipped semen is an option.

We welcomed 3 foals by Jake this year and you will find them listed under our 2007 New Arrivals. I think all 3 are just exceptional. We are again breeding 3 or 4 mares to Jake this year; plus a couple outside mares.
