SC Island King "Ike" - Sold (Speed King x Caduceus Ursula) - Pedigree 2007 Black Colt Ike traveled from Vermont to Minnesota as a yearling and we had originally planned to add him to our breeding program, introducing some new bloodlines. Our direction changed and Ike was gelded. Since we are a breeding farm, we don't retain geldings so Ike is offered for sale. He is a sweet, friendly fellow who seeks and deserves much more attention than we can provide. We expect him to mature to at least 15 hands. Ike was started under saddle fall 2010(45 days training) which went well and he had 30 more days fall 2011. He stands quietly to be saddled, is quiet under saddle, and not spooky. He isn't afraid of venturing out, unspoiled, and just needs someone to be riding him regularly to finish him. He has lovely floating movement.
